Homemade Tortilla Chips

Corn Tortillas (1-2 per person)
Olive oil
Sea salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut tortillas into eight wedges each. I use kitchen scissors for this. It is so much easier! Place on a cookie sheet at least 1/2 inch apart. Brush with a light layer of olive oil (or spray with olive oil if you have a sprayer). Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for about 8 minutes. Cool, then enjoy with some salsa or in delicious taco salad! 

21 Day Fix Approved! 16 chips equals 1 yellow and 1 teaspoon. Use very little to no sea salt.
